In case you were wondering, according to a cross-Canada survey of over 750 Royal LePage real estate agents, these are the exterior home improvements with the best rates of return on your home's resale value.

The last item, pool certainly is not as popular in our climate.  What exterior reno would you say has a positive resale return? Let us know!

  
 
 
• Eco-upgrades (i.e. windows, cooling, heating): <10%
• Landscaping: <7.5%
• Exterior Painting: <5.0%
• Deck: <2.5%
